Daniel Neal
Daniel Neal is the 340B Product Leader at Cardinal Health, where he has worked almost exclusively in the 340B space since 2008.
In his current role, Mr. Neal acts as the head subject matter expert on 340B issues for the Cardinal Health enterprise, leading the development of strategy, policies, and service offerings across all business units (pharmaceutical, specialty, medical, nuclear, corporate, etc.) and classes of trade (hospital, retail, state government, manufacturer, etc.). As a result, Mr. Neal has a wide range of experience with 340B stakeholders, their diverse perspectives and priorities, and the different challenges they face with operationalizing and optimizing the program.
Mr. Neal holds a BA degree from St. John’s College in Annapolis, MD. He has a certificate in Tax and Accounting from Golden West College in Huntington Beach, California, and he has an MBA from the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University.

Joe Munson
Vice President of Business Development, PharmaForce
Joe Munson, Vice President of Business Development with PharmaForce. Joe is a Healthcare Industry veteran with over 35 years in the healthcare market, 18 of those years focusing on the 340B industry from a consulting firm, pharmacy management organization, and specialty pharmacy services perspective. Today, Joe works with 340B covered entities, helping them maximize savings and expanding services within their communities.

Justin Rolling
Vice President of National Sales, PharmaForce
Justin is a native of Alabama and lives in the Birmingham area with his wife and their 4 children. After graduating from Troy University in Troy, AL with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting and his MBA in Accounting and Finance he went to the into the public accounting sector for 3 years jumping into the corporate accounting sector as a CFO for a large Orthopedic Surgery group. Justin then spent the next 7 years as a CFO in the healthcare sector for hospitals and health systems. In 2016 he was offered a National Sales Manager position for a 340B TPA where he worked for 3 years before taking the Vice President of National Sales at PharmaForce.
At PharmaForce Justin has used his 15 years of 340B experience to help build the company into one of the top 2 TPAs in the marketplace covering all 50 states selling their Best in KLAS solutions which include Contract Pharmacy, Split Billing, PBM, Referral Capture, and Pharmacy Gateway. Justin still maintains his CPA license he has held since 2009.

Lisa Scholz
VP, 340B Enterprise Strategy, Cencora
Lisa Scholz is Vice President of 340B Enterprise Strategy at Cencora. With her vast knowledge of the pharmacy and the 340B industry she leads Cencora’s growth and development as they continue to bring value to their customers and lead the pharmaceutical distribution industry united in their responsibility to create healthier futures.
Lisa is a passionate and collaborative health-care thought leader with a career path that started in retail pharmacy and transitioned to Health System pharmacy operations, which led her to the Federal Government. She garnered her 340B operational experience and uses that to bridge policy with technology. She is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and continues to drive her passion for mentorship by training the next-generation of healthcare leaders as a registered preceptor for pharmacists and graduate dissertation advisor.
